Return and Refund Policy

At Migen, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality. However, due to the nature of wellness and skincare products, returns and refunds are only accepted under specific conditions.

Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

Returns or replacements are only applicable if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an expired product
  • You received an empty package

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Products ordered by mistake
  • Change of mind
  • Opened or used products
  • Personal dislike or dissatisfaction after usage
  • Requests raised after the allowed timeline

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired product:

  • Share product images, relevant proof, and order details

The request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Empty Package Claims

For empty package claims:

  • Customers must record an unboxing video while opening the package.
  • Claims without video proof may not be accepted.

Return Approval Process

  • Our team may take up to 48 hours to review the request.
  • Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging wherever possible.

Refund Timeline

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours if the issue is verified.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on payment method and banking channels.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders not yet shipped may be cancelled.

Migen reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if policy conditions are not met.
