Exchange Policy
Migen Wellness offers product exchanges only in limited cases.
Eligible Exchange Cases
Exchange requests are accepted only if:
- Wrong item delivered
- Product received in damaged condition
- Expired product delivered
Exchange Request Conditions
Customers must:
- Raise exchange requests within 7 days of delivery
- Share valid proof and product images
- Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging
Exchange Approval
Once approved:
- Reverse pickup may be arranged
- Replacement product will be shipped after verification
Non-Exchangeable Cases
Exchange requests will not be accepted for:
- Used products
- Change of preference
- Incorrect orders placed by customers
