Migen Wellness offers product exchanges only in limited cases.

Eligible Exchange Cases

Exchange requests are accepted only if:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Expired product delivered

Exchange Request Conditions

Customers must:

  • Raise exchange requests within 7 days of delivery
  • Share valid proof and product images
  • Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging

Exchange Approval

Once approved:

  • Reverse pickup may be arranged
  • Replacement product will be shipped after verification

Non-Exchangeable Cases

Exchange requests will not be accepted for:

  • Used products
  • Change of preference
  • Incorrect orders placed by customers
